About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in creating detailed Revit models for precast concrete structures. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating data collection and incorporating it into drawings, working under the supervision of a senior draftsman or project engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create shop drawings, details, plates, and production drawings in AutoCAD or Revit
  • Read and interpret contract documents and other trades' shop drawings
  • Ensure all work is performed according to job specifications, engineering designs, and company procedures
  • Create material lists for projects
  • Develop drawings for plant and field operations
  • Collaborate with Project Engineer and Project Manager throughout projects

Requirements:

  • 2 years of Revit experience
  • Associates degree in design, architectural, or related field with coursework in modeling or CAD
  • AutoCAD experience a plus
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to focus on tasks for extended periods
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in reading architectural and structural drawings
  • Strong work ethic and organization skills
