Job Summary


We seek a dedicated and skilled HVAC Project Sales expert to join our team in Riverside, CA. This role is pivotal in driving the success of commercial HVAC projects and requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen. If you have a stable work history, are local to the Riverside area, and have extensive experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and estimating, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for commercial HVAC projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to secure new projects.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure precise cost assessments.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC projects, from initial proposal to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  • Provide expert advice on HVAC systems, offering solutions that meet client needs and comply with industry standards and regulations.


Qualifications


  • Must be a local candidate with a proven stable work history in the Riverside area.
  • Minimum of three years in commercial HVAC installation or service, plus three years in commercial HVAC sales and estimating.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and building automation systems like Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, ALC, Johnson Controls Metasys, Bacnet, Trane, and Schneider Electric.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, and Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
