Responsibilities

  • Design and implement changes necessary to transfer account management, provisioning, password management, and other functionalities from OIM to Okta.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the team, handling design, implementation, and problem-solving tasks.
  • Translate code to new system architecture and develop new supporting code as needed for the solution design.
  • Gather business and technical requirements from IT and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings to support solution design and implementation.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to deliver changes to development, test, and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and support the resolution of issues in development, test, or production environments.


Qualifications

  • Experience successfully migrating between identity management tools.
  • Expertise with Okta, including Okta APIs and features.
  • Expertise with OIM 11g, including OIM APIs and features.
  • Background in software development.
  • Extensive experience in identity and access management in a complex enterprise environment.
