Executive Administrator (Sacramento, CA)


LHH is teaming up with a health insurance company in Sacramento, CA in search of an experienced Executive Administrator. This temporary offers the opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to executive leaders in a dynamic healthcare environment, facilitating efficient operations and strategic initiatives.


The ideal candidate is an experienced Executive Administrator with a background in healthcare, particularly in HMO settings. They should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be proficient in MS Office and G-Suite, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion. A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist Executives in developing and implementing organizational plans, strategies, and budgets.


Manage calendars for Executives, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.


Document departmental goals and priorities regularly to meet annual business targets.


Collaborate with team members and leaders on special projects to achieve company objectives.


Present departmental performance updates and relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.


Maintain key stakeholder relationships and document staffing plans to support business initiatives.


Communicate business updates to uphold high performance standards.

Identify areas for process improvement and resource needs.


Handle inquiries from visitors and calls, providing information or referrals as needed.


Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and meeting materials.


Organize and maintain filing systems and handle incoming mail efficiently.


Prepare reports by compiling and summarizing data.


Facilitate Board meetings by preparing agendas and minutes.


Provide guidance to other Executive Administrative Assistants.


Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


Clearly interpret and communicate policies and procedures to all staff levels.


Foster cooperative relationships while managing sensitive information with discretion.


Experience:


Experience: At least 3 years as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role; healthcare (especially HMO) experience is a plus.


Experience with contract management and compliance


Education: Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.


Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel), Microsoft Teams, and Zoom required; familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred.


Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.


Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.


Worksite Type: On-site in Sacramento, CA, with some hybrid availability


Pay Rate: $35-$38/hour, depending on experience


Hours: Full time, regular office hours. Can vary between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM


Duration: Contract (Start ASAP with 2-month duration. Possible extension)
