Job Description:


  • Proficient in structural, mechanical, and architectural design, detail, and drafting.
  • Extensive hands on experience with AutoCAD, 3D modeling in Inventor, Navisworks must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (desirable) or other technical degree with high 3D autocad inventor & Drafting content with 5 to 7+ years experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in drafting
  • Should be able to design Structural steel, Piping and Ductwork tasks & generate drawings
  • 3D modeling and design of industrial furnace equipment for processing metals using Inventor, Plant 3D, and AutoCAD
  • Good working knowledge of Fabrication, Steel structures desirable.
  • Exposure to Kiln design in Cement Industry is preferable
  • Ability to read and interpret Structural steel, Piping and Ductwork drawings.
  • Fabrication/Construction experience desirable
  • Must be capable of developing fabrication drawings with an understanding of efficiency and financial impact
  • Maintain close working relationships with Customer leaders and managers to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of design/drafting services
  • Good working knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, and various building materials.
  • Should be able to collaborate and participate in the definition of functional requirements.
  • Good communication skills
