Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an accomplished Administrative Coordinator.

** LOCATION: Onsite at 7 Loveton Circle Sparks MD 21152


** DURATION: 3 months +


Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration is responsible for performing a variety of administrative activities in support of their assigned work team. May assist executives in budget preparation, record maintenance, and generating reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
  • Uses company software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
  • May design processes to enhance workflow.
  • Serves as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues.
  • Use Concur system to coordinate meetings and travel domestically for VIP's Coordinate new hires, Supplies, Expense reports, Invoicing Time management and strong communication skills are needed.
  • Knowledge of Buy Smart or similar systems for purchase orders

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Preferred: Concur experience
  • Experience in a similar role needed.
