As the Learning and Development Manager, you will:

  • Act as a player-coach, facilitating and designing content for leadership and managerial populations while coaching your team to deliver high-quality training across the organization.
  • Directly manage a team of facilitators and instructional designers, supported by other members of the People and Enablement team.
  • Strategically own the facilitation and instructional design functions, incorporating internal data, industry benchmarks, and research into global training programs.
  • Build close partnerships with program managers, coordination teams, and subject matter experts (SMEs) across the business.
  • Facilitate workshops for various audiences, including senior leaders and C-suite executives, on topics like leadership development, DEI, and more.
  • Drive lasting behavioral change by ensuring training programs translate into actionable day-to-day practices.
  • Continuously improve programs using feedback, data, and industry trends to meet the evolving needs of the business.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Lead a function that designs, delivers, and enhances training content to drive company performance and strengthen organizational culture.
  • Maintain a diverse portfolio of courses and coach your team to deliver content effectively to all employee levels.

Facilitation and Design:

  • Facilitate high-impact workshops for employees and senior leaders.
  • Design and enhance training programs in collaboration with SMEs to align with business goals.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with program managers and coordination teams to execute virtual, in-person, and online learning sessions globally.
  • Work with People Business Partners and Enablement teams to ensure programs meet organizational objectives.

Measurement and Evolution:

  • Use feedback, data, and industry benchmarks to assess the success of programs and make continuous improvements.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in training facilitation, instructional design, and direct people management.
  • 3+ years of experience facilitating live training for senior leadership (Directors, VPs, and above).
  • Proven ability to align training initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering diverse training programs, including complex topics like DEI and leadership development for executives.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven approach to measure and improve program effectiveness.
