Sales Specialist

LHH is looking for an experienced outbound account management/sales professional. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service and assisting with sales will be a great fit. This position will be responsible for working with a variety of customers via phone and email.

Responsibilities

  • Make sales or recommendations for products or services
  • Answer or make calls to customers to address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued
  • Be a proactive liaison between various departments and stakeholders, internal and external

Qualifications

  • Strong with management of a large number of accounts.
  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume call environment
  • At least 1 year of previous call center/outbound calling experience
