We are seeking a Plant Controller for a $2B automotive manufacturer in Pulaski TN. Relocation provided if needed
Responsibilities
- Financial voice for local Pulaski, TN team. Candidate must assist and guide team with sound financial analysis and decisions.
- Assistance and analysis of monthly consolidated internal financial results
- Assistance and analysis of annual consolidated financial statements including notes to the financial statements
- Cost Management
- Lead developer of forecasts, outlooks, and budget for site
- Assist in operational challenges (financially or real-time)
- Liaison with external auditors as necessary
- Preparation of month end “Albatross” files
- Accounting research
- Analysis as requested
- Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience with complex consolidations
- Previous experience preparing legal entity financial statements including complex notes
- Advanced excel skills necessary.
- Previous experience with EPICOR/CMS a plus (not a must have).
- Good communication skills, team player
- Candidates must be able and committed to staying up to date with business and technological developments and contribute to continuous improvements
