Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Account Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building and nurturing strong customer relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Inventory, and Accounting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and demonstrate the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position at our Westminster, CO office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain customer orders, quotes, and sample requests in the system.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional service.
  • Monitor and communicate the status of backorders to customers.
  • Process customer requests for MSDS, literature, and other documentation.
  • Update and manage special pricing in the system.
  • Enter and track repair and rental orders.
  • Expedite customer orders as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Input new customer data into the system and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Uphold professional relationships and project a positive image of Krayden, Inc.
  • Ensure compliance with AS/ISO standards and internal procedures.
  • Perform additional customer service-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call and email environment. Experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
