Role: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our HVAC parts warehouse operations. This person will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize processes to enhance productivity and accuracy.


Responsibilities:

· Adherence to department Standard operating procedures.

· Maintain cleanliness standards.

· Responsible for accurate inventory counts.

· Maintain organization of product.

· Ensure timely receipt and shipments of product.

· Maintain all warehouse documentation in an organized and searchable manner.

· Arrange and maintain all safety and other warehouse related training and documentation.

· Delegation of responsibilities to warehouse associate(s) who are your direct report(s).


Requirements:

· Minimum of High School degree or equivalent.

· 3 years of warehouse experience, preferably 1 as coordinator or higher.

· Proficiency with computers specifically in Microsoft based products.

· Independent worker with high quality standards.

· Strong Leadership ability.


Location: Long Island City, New York.
