What will your role be?

The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive Business & IT Definition landscape, ensuring all appropriate knowledge documents are available to support the maturity of the local Business and IT Teams regarding all digital solutions used in the region. This role involves collecting business needs, defining current solutions utilized by the business, and building a backlog of improvement requests for each tool supported by the IT department. The engineer will collaborate with team members to clarify the tool landscape and prepare the associated support models.


Activities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of digital solutions used in the region and document their functionalities
  • Create and maintain a referential of digital solutions used in the region, ensuring it supports a knowledge database
  • Facilitate meetings with digital and business teams to discuss deliverables and collect local business needs
  • Organize meetings to gather regional roadmaps and align them with central roadmaps
  • Collaborate with team members to develop support models and ensure their effective implementation
  • Maintain all existing domain documentation, including architecture, communications, roadmaps, and project follow-ups
  • Ensure all templates and directives from the governance team are adhered to

  • Ability to comprehend business processes in marketing, contracts, sales, services, and support activities
  • Experience in creating and distributing appropriate communications, including functional and IT process representations

  • Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, fostering relationships with multiple audiences
