Job Summary

Join our dynamic and growing team as we seek to hire a Head of Product to lead our innovative initiatives and drive the strategic direction of our product roadmap. The Head of Product will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and will be responsible for the leadership of global Product Managers. You will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and engineering to deliver product innovation and competitive pricing to AI-Media customers. The Head of Product will be responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help the teams drive strategic initiatives forward. This role will be primarily focused on our Americas region, but handling needs and input for other regions will be required from time to time.


About the Role

As the head of Product, your key objectives will be:

  • Define and lead the Product strategy
  • Develop and refine best practices and collateral for planning, pitching, and measuring success.
  • Work with product, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional partners to do the following: identify and size market and customer opportunities; plan and manage programs to execute against those opportunities; partner with sales leadership on achieving those strategies globally and in region
  • Work with the sales team on strategic pilots and early sales on new or updated products
  • Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert across Ai-Media technology and service products, highlighting growth opportunities and areas for investment
  • Identify customer-driven product needs across Ai-Media and partner with Product Managers in specific verticals to develop action plans
  • Partner with in-region and global sales teams to ensure seller readiness to promote and support new products and features
  • Work with engineering leaderships on R&D process, technology assessment, and delivering innovation
  • Work with sales and finance team on product pricing, standard contract structure, and bundling strategies - including by calculating estimated margins with input from Technology, Product, and Services teams, as well as collecting data on competitor pricing and other similar product comparisons
  • Work with marketing team to develop effective product pitches and materials, and advise on campaign strategy surrounding new product releases
  • Leverage data and insights to analyse product performance, user behaviour and market trends
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to support and build upon their abilities to enhance product offerings


About You

  • Minimum of 5 years in senior product management leadership roles, including managing leaders
  • Recent experience in the B2B SaaS industry is preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully driving product strategy
  • Experience working with Engineers/Development Teams to understand technological capabilities of products
  • Comfortability dealing with stakeholders at various levels of profession
  • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to position team members for success in their roles
  • Keen interest in technology advancements and how this can better serve our customer needs
  • Desire to look externally to understand market trends, anticipate trends and apply this knowledge to create competitive advantage
