JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global's luxury retail client is seeking a PC Technician to join their end-user support team in their NYC location. Candidate's must have experience with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software devices, focused on Windows, with basic Mac/iPhone knowledge. They must be able to multitask in a high pressure environment and take direction from team lead.


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2-3+ experience as a PC technician

- Strong experience troubleshooting Windows

- Basic knowledge of Mac/iPhone troubleshooting


Compensation:

$23/hr to $26/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
