Job Overview: Our client is looking for a highly motivated Computational Biologist with broad skills in genomic and statistical analysis who will work closely with colleagues to establish methods and solve computational challenges.


Qualifications:

  • MS. or Ph. D with specialization in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science or ML and 4+ years of experience
  • Strong coding skills using Python, R, JavaScript, MySQL, git, Unix/Linux-based command line tools
  • Familiarity with development of machine learning models for high dimensionality data
  • Working knowledge of statistics and data analysis (regression analysis, Bayesian statistics, and other statistical analysis methods)
