The Inside Sales Representative will function in a B2B capacity. You will be contacting business leaders, C-Level, and decision makers to educate and sell them on products and services that can help their company make better informed decisions about their financial liability.


The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable managing leads, cold calling, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This is an in-office position.


Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities, make outbound cold call and follow-up emails.
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years' of sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

There is a comprehensive benefits package available and paid-time off. The starting annual salary is $31,000 plus a competitive commission structure that can increase earning potential up to $100,000 per year. Growth potential based on performance.
