Key Responsibilities:

  • ERP System Support: Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the organization's ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • User Assistance: Assist end-users with system issues, inquiries, and training to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, including configuration problems, system errors, and data inconsistencies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate data within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates across departments.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor ERP system performance and proactively address any issues to avoid system downtimes or interruptions to business processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to ERP processes, configurations, and support procedures.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with business units and IT teams to identify system improvements, upgrades, and customization requirements.
  • User Training: Conduct user training sessions to improve the adoption and effective use of the ERP system.
  • Change Management: Assist with ERP system updates, patches, and new implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in ERP support, preferably in [mention specific ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.].
    • Experience with ERP implementation, troubleshooting, and administration.
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Familiarity with database management, SQL queries, and data reporting tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of ERP modules related to [Finance, HR, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.].
    • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, databases, and system integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP configuration and customization.
  • Certification in relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Associate, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics certifications).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
