Job Summary


As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Retail Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to our success. This position is onsite in Wynwood, Miami. As a Data Analyst specializing in our Retail Division, you will play a crucial role in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data from our retail sales. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting, transforming, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that will inform strategic decisions within the Retail Marketing department.


Essential Duties

·     Fulfills Data needs of the retail department including Retail Reports, Traffic, Marketing Spend, Phone, Product Mix & Sales Reports weekly & monthly. 

·     Collects, processes, and performs analyses on large datasets.

·     Develop and maintain robust data collection processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

·     Interprets data to provide insights and support decision-making.

·     Creates visualizations and reports to communicate findings.

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.

·     Pulls Data Queries & Maintains CRM Digital Segmentation Strategy.

·     Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

·     Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·     Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·     High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

·     Intermediate proficiency in SQL.

·     Prior experience analyzing enterprise data and presenting impactful findings to senior leadership.

·     Prior experience building dashboards and visualizations.

·     Prior experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting.

·     Prior experience with any of the following visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI, or Domo.

·     Prior experience with any of the following databases: BigQuery, Azure, AWS, or Postgres.

·     Prior experience with Python or other scripting language.
