Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Management:
- Respond to inbound leads generated through various channels, including website forms, live chat, and social media, to engage potential customers effectively
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities, nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales funnel
- Pipeline Development:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads by consistently prospecting and reaching out to potential customers
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure prompt follow-up on leads, providing necessary support throughout the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Campaign Execution:
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute targeted campaigns and messaging aligned with sales development objectives
- Networking and Outreach:
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking with potential customers and partners to expand business opportunities
- Market Insight:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position the company's solutions in the market
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for sales development roles
- Experience:
- Possess 2+ years of proven experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, preferably within the technology sector, with exposure to selling robotics or automation solutions
- Communication Skills:
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and credibility with prospects and internal stakeholders
- Independence and Teamwork:
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Tools Proficiency:
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales productivity tools like HubSpot, Gong, Aircall, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Organizational Skills:
- Possess excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet performance goals consistently
