Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management:
  • Respond to inbound leads generated through various channels, including website forms, live chat, and social media, to engage potential customers effectively
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities, nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales funnel
  • Pipeline Development:
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads by consistently prospecting and reaching out to potential customers
  • Sales Support:
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure prompt follow-up on leads, providing necessary support throughout the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute targeted campaigns and messaging aligned with sales development objectives
  • Networking and Outreach:
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking with potential customers and partners to expand business opportunities
  • Market Insight:
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position the company's solutions in the market

Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for sales development roles
  • Experience:
  • Possess 2+ years of proven experience in sales development, business development, or similar roles, preferably within the technology sector, with exposure to selling robotics or automation solutions
  • Communication Skills:
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and credibility with prospects and internal stakeholders
  • Independence and Teamwork:
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Tools Proficiency:
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales productivity tools like HubSpot, Gong, Aircall, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet performance goals consistently
