Seeking an experienced Lead Developer focused on developing and implementing process automation solutions. Must have an understanding of software development and proven leadership capabilities to guide a team in delivering automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions and vendors deliveries.
  • Oversee the development of automation solutions using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation within the organization, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for process automation and local application development aligned with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering and 2 years in a lead role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing process automation solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, PHP.
  • Experience with data modeling, architecture using MS SQL, Amazon RDS or Azure SQL.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
