Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Proficiency in Azure Portal and Azure VM's.
  • Experience with VMware and networking technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting both Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 suite.
  • Familiarity with Windows Active Directory, DNS, file sharing security, and centralized printing.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and related technologies.
  • Experience with web conferencing, audio, video, VOIP, and PC peripherals.
  • 5+ years of experience in escalated support roles.
  • 5+ years of experience with VMware.
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure Active Directory or Azure Active Directory Domain Services.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with on-premises Active Directory.
  • 3+ years of experience working with document management systems like Box or SharePoint.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Firewalls, routers, switches, and access points.
  • 1+ year of experience managing SSL certificates, domain names, and DNS records.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Linux/Unix systems administration, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • 5-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • 5-7+ years of experience managing VMware vSphere and ESXi hosts.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Experience in designing and maintaining distributed services and technologies.
  • Office 365 administration experience, including Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Intune.
  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and support VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless infrastructure to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient network operations.
