Our client located in Lisle, IL (hybrid) is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team:


Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the Human Resources Director to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategies.
  • Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrong doing, and terminations.
  • Acts in a consultative role to help managers navigate complex employee issues and other aspects of human resources.
  • Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs. Deploy various learning methods throughout assigned region such as coaching, job-shadowing, training seminars, online training, etc.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a HR Generalist, in L&D or other relevant HR position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Recognized certification in HR or L&D, such as CPLP, PHR, or SHRM-CP is preferred.
  • Must be local to Lisle, IL.
