Position Overview:

The Intersect Group is seeking a Solution Center Analyst (IT help desk) for one of our largest clients in the Atlanta area. This Analyst will provide phone and application support to end users. This position has 4 different shifts and will be onsite 5 days a week. This is a 6 month contract position.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • CompTIA A+ Certification REQUIRED
  • 4+ years help desk/IT support experience
  • Work in a Citrix environment
  • 2+ years Active Directory experience
  • Exposure to AirWatch
  • Ability to handle up to 40 tickets per day


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in a Healthcare setting
  • 1 year of experience in a network operation center
  • 1 year of experience in network and system administration
  • Epic knowledge
  • Cisco knowledge (from NOC)


Work Hours:

  • 4 different shifts
  • Sunday-Thursday (7a-3:30pm)
  • Tuesday-Saturday (7a-3:30pm)
  • Sunday-Thursday (2pm-10:30pm)
  • Tuesday-Saturday (6a-2:30pm)
