Role Overview:
The Process Specialist will drive process optimization and quality assurance across development and operations teams. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies, DevOps practices, and Agile frameworks to implement efficient workflows, ensure high-quality deliverables, and promote continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA strategies, testing frameworks, and quality metrics for development projects.
- Establish DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement to optimize delivery speed and quality.
- Ensure alignment with Agile practices and facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in QA, DevOps, and Agile process implementation.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or Cypress.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
