We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Implement Continuous Improvements: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Process Research and Development: You will research, design, and develop processes to improve production flow and assembly methods, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • A strong background in engineering principles and manufacturing practices.
