Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Lead and manage enterprise-level projects, serving as the primary driver behind their success. Utilize your deep technical background to understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in technical domains relevant to our projects (e.g., IT architecture, software development, data analytics). Engage with technical teams to understand challenges, provide insights, and make informed decisions.

Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle. Implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.

Communication and Reporting: Serve as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming milestones. Translate technical complexities into clear, understandable language for diverse audiences.

Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Leverage your technical expertise to propose innovative solutions and guide teams toward successful outcomes.

Quality Assurance: Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct thorough reviews and testing processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and requirements.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

Deep technical background and understanding across multiple domains (e.g., IT architecture, software development, cybersecurity).

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence).

Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
