Senior Production Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-impact digitalization projects for our clients in the oil & gas and new energies sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. Your expertise in production engineering and project management will be crucial in delivering successful outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and manage client projects focused on oil and gas digitalization strategies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their oil and gas production processes and identify opportunities for digital enhancements.
- Design and implement oil and gas digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Oversee the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data analytics into client operations.
- Provide technical expertise in production engineering to support the development and deployment of digital solutions.
- Monitor project performance, track key metrics, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all project activities.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in production engineering within the oil & gas industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in digital transformation or digitalization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of production processes, operations, and challenges in the oil & gas and new energies sectors.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including AI, machine learning, data analytics, and process automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Expectations:
