This position will direct and coordinate the administration of human resources policies, programs and practices to assure compliance of pertinent organizational policies and procedures and all State and Federal requirements. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business along with 8-10 years’ experience in all areas of Human Resources. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.




Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the HR function, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational objectives.


Collaborate with executive leadership (CFO and CEO) to develop and implement HR strategies that support the growth and success of the team.




Talent Management: Oversee the full life cycle of talent management, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and succession planning. Work closely with department heads to identify and cultivate top talent within the organization.




Employee Engagement and Relations: Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Lead efforts to maintain a positive organizational culture, resolving employee relations issues with a focus on fairness and equity.




Performance Management :Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals. Advise and support managers in the performance evaluation process and the development of improvement plans.




Legal Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Mitigate legal risks by staying abreast of changes in legislation and proactively addressing potential issues.
