Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, specifically in the marine industry. This role requires a strong understanding of diesel mechanics, as well as the ability to work on boats and marine equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines and related systems on boats.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on marine diesel equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Diesel Technician, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certifications in diesel technology or related fields are a plus.
