Role Description
This is a full-time Pre-Construction/Project Estimator role based out of Chattahoochee Construction Group's Roswell, GA office. The Pre-Construction/Project Estimator will be responsible for all tasks from receiving and organizing bid invites from clients, job folder creation, creating ITB's and bid instructions, solicit and receive bids from trade partners/vendors/subcontractors, growing and vetting CCG's subcontractor/vendor/trade partner list, estimating, formulate and submitting estimates to clients, coordinating and submitting ROM pricing and budgets to clients, growing relationships with clients/vendors/subcontractors/trade partners, to assisting in executing the prime contract, permitting, and managing project handover from the CCG pre-construction department to the CCG project management department. Must maintain effective and supportive communication and collaboration with the CCG project management department and client from project start to closeout as needed. Must help maintain and grow client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Cost Management and Budgeting skills
  • Strong Construction Estimating and Project Estimation abilities
  • Strong Communication amd Relationship skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in project estimates
  • Experience with construction software or tools
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 3 years minimum experience as a Pre-Construction/Estimator for a Commercial General Contractor
  • Have a strong character of integrity, positivity, discipline, creativity, determination, enthusiasm, resilience, persistence, motivation, self-starter/self-driven, and ambition
  • Goal Oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
