SearchTower has partnered with one of the nation’s largest and most respected Broker Dealers to identify an exceptional candidate for the role of National Women's Recruiting Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives aimed at increasing the representation of women Financial Advisors across all channels. Must have Broker Dealer Financial Advisor recruiting experience.
As the National Women’s Recruiting Director, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier women talent. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely for the right candidate, with opportunities for relocation. The role involves significant travel (50% or more).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to increase the number of high-quality women Financial Advisors across various channels.
- Formulate, enhance, and execute recruiting strategies in alignment with the firm’s diversity and inclusion goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to assess recruitment needs and design effective solutions.
- Actively participate in the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, organizations, and educational institutions.
- Serve as an advocate for the advancement and empowerment of women in the financial industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in financial services or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to increasing diversity within financial advisory roles.
- A strategic thinker who can develop, implement, and manage recruiting initiatives at scale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to attend recruitment events, meetings, and conferences.
- Series 7 license preferred but not required.
