ob Description: The Acumatica Consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases of Acumatica ERP. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure and customize Acumatica to meet those needs, and ensure a smooth transition and optimal use of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Acumatica ERP to align with client needs.
  • Lead and participate in the implementation process, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide training and support to clients and end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Acumatica ERP.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implementations and customizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with Acumatica updates, new features, and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Acumatica Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of Acumatica ERP.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Acumatica ERP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with SQL, C#, or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Acumatica Certification(s) is a plus.
