Content Creator & Community Engagement Manager

The role requires you to be onsite 2 - 3 days per week.


Job Description

The Helix brand is the largest in the 3Z portfolio and one of the largest within the mattress ecommerce space. As a result, Helix generates a lot of consideration and conversation across the web and has created an opportunity to better engrain itself within social and online community spaces.


This role will require a diverse set of skills and interests with the ability to manage a wide breadth of responsibilities. From answering questions on Reddit on behalf of the brand to creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, this person will be the face of the brand and play a key role in creating demand, managing shopper conversations happening off of Helixsleep.com, and ultimately making people more comfortable with their important purchase decision.


This hybrid role will sit within the Helix Brand Marketing team reporting into the Brand Executive, and requires you to be onsite 2 - 3 days per week.


Here’s an example of how you might spend a day in this role:

  • Build and own Helix brand profiles across various channels such as Reddit, Quora, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc, and engage with active shoppers looking to learn more about the brand or mattress buying as a whole.
  • Create content across social channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to engage current or prospective buyers with relevant content demonstrating Helix’s leadership in the space.
  • Manage Helix across various external reputation channels, such as external review sites, ensuring the brand is accurately represented.
  • Lead content and video creation with an SEO-driven lens to rank across Google and YouTube opportunities.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience within a relevant brand or marketing role.
  • Experience with content creation and ability to act as the “face” of a brand. Comfort in front of a camera is a must.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks, and own a project.
  • Extremely strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate work.
  • Superb communication skills and patience with others.
  • Strong experience leveraging data to analyze performance, create insights, and optimize.
  • Motivated self-starter with a hunger to independently drive projects forward.
