Role Description

We’re seeking an experienced Post Production Supervisor to join our team full-time at our Phoenix office. In this on-site role, you’ll oversee the entire post-production process, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead the post-production team, coordinate with our full support design team, and maintain the workflow from raw footage to final product. This position is ideal for someone with a meticulous eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional visual stories. You’ll play a crucial role in our mission to deliver “fire” content continuously, pushing the boundaries of creativity and efficiency.


Important Note: This role is demanding, with expectations of long hours, including weekends, particularly during critical project phases. You will report directly to and work closely with the founders, ensuring that the company’s vision is executed flawlessly. However, we balance this with a flexible work environment, allowing you to manage your time as long as deadlines are met and work is completed to the highest standard. Qualifications

  • Next-level expertise in post-production management, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on national campaigns, commercials, or equivalent high-end projects
  • Strong understanding of color grading, server management, and cloud environments; must be phenomenal at ensuring flawless execution in these areas
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably at a high-end national agency
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficiency with industry-standard post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field is preferred
