Key Responsibilities


  • Conducted detailed audits and ensured adherence to financial regulations and standards. Prepare accurate monthly journal entries and financial statements, ensuring precision and compliance.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros, to analyze financial data and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reporting.
  • Work directly with the senior leadership team to develop financial strategies and drive informed business decisions, fostering a collaborative and strategic financial environment.
  • Apply accounting knowledge to the commercial mechanical construction sector, overseeing financial processes to ensure fiscal health and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and standards, ensuring all financial operations comply with statutory and corporate policies.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least five years of experience in public accounting, with a preference for candidates who have worked with prominent accounting firms. Experience in the commercial mechanical construction sector is highly desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of debits and credits and proficiency in managing monthly journal entries and financial statements.
  • Local and stable work history within the accounting field demonstrates reliability and a professional development commitment.
