DUTIES:

  • Provide Test Automation support to a broad range of web applications, web sites and system interfaces.
  • Interact with client and development staff to validate requirements, working collaboratively to rapidly deploy high quality systems.




EXPERIENCE: (the main requirement for this role is Automation testing experience with Ruby and Selenium)

  • Support testing types including: Smoke, Functional, Integration, Performance, API/Backend, UAT, Positive/Negative, Regression, Mobile device
  • Develop test automation scripts using Ruby Watir/Selenium, Cucumber, Appium
  • Develop and execute automated tests using existing framework leveraging data-driven and hybrid test automation
  • Maintain existing framework and curate Gitlab repository
  • Participate in test planning and scheduling, setting up and running automation scripts
  • Work with Continuous Integration (CI) team to configure with GitLab and SVN
  • Support defect tracking and reporting using Jira
  • Experience supporting testing in Agile test environments, including exposure to CI/CD tools
