Annual salary up to $120,000 plus performance bonus based on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing clear and concise explanations of complex financial data.
  • Participate in the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to understand production costs and make recommendations for financial optimization.
  • Calculate and analyze financial data including return on investments for operations and capital projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in manufacturing finance.
  • Support the financial accounting month-end close process, external audits, and process improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum three years of experience in cost analysis or accounting.
  • Chemicals or manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with success in developing productive working relationships with various teams.
  • Solid analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.
