We are expanding our CPG Marketing & Sales Group based upon our clients’ needs and significant growth opportunities. This group has a long history of success and currently ranks in the top 1% among similar practices nationally.

In this position, you will expand our client roster, build your own growing business, eventually build out a supporting team, solve problems for clients, and create life-changing opportunities for talented candidates. You’ll be supported with best-practice training, market intelligence, and business systems.

What you get to do:

  • Prospect and land new clients, primarily via phone calls with Sr. Level decision makers within CPG Marketing & Sales.
  • Aggressively pursue additional search assignments to drive account development with current or lapsed clients
  • Find and attract top talent by matching candidate capabilities, critical experiences, and career aspirations with your clients’ desired candidate profiles.
  • Through consultative selling, exceed your clients’ and candidates’ expectations by creating “win-win” situations
  • Negotiate and close both clients and candidates to fill assigned search assignments
  • Build long-term relationships with influential talent and decision makers

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Executive Recruiting or in Sales and/or Marketing roles within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • Proven ability to establish relationships, influence, consult, and negotiate.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Motivated, driven, and passionate … up for the opportunity to be in a commission-driven career.
  • Efficient, task oriented, resourceful, coachable, and persistent.
  • Superior emotional maturity and executive presence to be able to communicate with and influence Sr. Level business leaders
  • Strong client service orientation with desire to both solve client’s problems and improve candidates’ lives.
