This position will assist in the development of graphic assets that support the bank's current brand guidelines within both print and digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to execute print and digital brand assets within given deadlines while ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy of graphic assets for advertisements, sales collateral, multi-channel promotional campaigns, signage, and special events, etc. Support creative team asset library through file creation, editing, organization and documentation within team environment. Ensures file quality standards are met, with ability to create, collect, process and organize files for digital and print production.
  • Assist creative team in the production of social media, website graphics and brand asset library elements, including retouching and manipulation of images.
  • Support internal communication projects. (e.g. graphics for HUB or employee event communications and internal systems graphics)

Qualifications:

Education and Minimum Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years work experience in designing both digital and print creatives for preferably a corporation.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

  • Designer: Full expertise/knowledge and ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Office and the Adobe Cloud Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and more. Ability to function in a PC environment is required.
  • Team player: Able to partner with marketing team members and other teams (e.g. product, sales, etc.) or agencies/vendors.
  • Project manager: Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills and ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Knowledge of animation (After Effects) and video editing (Final Cut/Adobe Premiere Pro) programs and/or HTML5 design skills, desired.
  • Regulatory: Knowledge of diversity sensitivity and regulatory requirements as they relate to marketing, advertising and communication in the financial industry is preferred. General knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC related responsibilities in the performance of daily operations to ensure adherence to bank policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
