Your New Role: As Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and specifying architectural requirements for diverse projects. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teammates, engaging in cross-discipline discussions to develop innovative design solutions. Your role will involve hands-on Revit modeling and detailing, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.


You’ll conduct site investigations, prepare detailed reports, and participate in construction administration, addressing RFIs and solving construction issues. Your expertise will guide junior professionals and technicians, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll ensure that all projects comply with relevant codes and regulations, while also meeting the sustainable, LEED, or Well goals of our clients.


Travel may be required for project-related activities, allowing you to engage directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their vision is brought to life. Your independent judgment and diverse knowledge of architecture principles will be crucial in navigating complex projects and delivering exceptional results.


What You’ll Need:

  • 8 years in AEC
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
  • Architecture registration required (RA)
  • Maintains knowledge of current industry trends on space, function, materials, etc.
  • Proficiency with computer software including Revit Architecture required
  • Working knowledge of Sketch-Up and Adobe Creative Suite/Bluebeam preferred
  • Time management and organization skills with the ability to be involved and remain current on issues
