This role will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and work with other Project Managers, Program Managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into a structured project plan within the NPD framework.
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholders on program deliverables, progress, and risks.
  • Promote process discipline and accountability across project phases.
  • Create and update project plans, manage resources, track defects, and coordinate product launch.
  • Manage project budgets and provide cost analysis.
  • Drive program delivery with an understanding of business goals.
  • Apply knowledge of hardware/software development to guide technical decisions.
  • Use change management skills to unify teams, manage conflicts, and create clarity.
  • Communicate proactively to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks effectively.


Candidate Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering or related field of study preferred)
  • Experience in program or project management, or a related function working with technology products and/or services


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience managing new product/technology introductions, including supply chain readiness, is strongly preferred
  • Software program management and/or software/hardware integration experience is a plus
  • Able to manage waterfall and hybrid project delivery methods
  • Experience in the retail petroleum industry is a plus
  • Experience with cloud IoT and management of implementations involving customers, partners and service providers is a plus
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
