Ad Operations Associate, North America

Main Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day optimization for digital ads on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and X.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and achievement of target ad performance metrics.
  • Understand client needs and effectively communicate with cross-team members.
  • Provide insights and suggestions for optimizing performance; write project reports and full proposals as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with the client and provide support on ad implementation requests.


Day-to-Day Work Content

  • Own day-to-day optimizations and operations of media campaigns.
  • Solve client issues and deal with platform bugs.
  • Analyze data and adjust campaigns to improve performance.
  • Author perdiodic and ad hoc reports.
  • Conduct weekly catch-up with clients to review performance and offer new solutions. • Coordinate with both local and global teams as needed.


Requirements

  • At least two years of similar experience, preferably within an agency or brand company.
  • Adept with at least two major self-serve advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest) and, ideally, at least 1 DSP (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360).
  • Skilled with Excel, especially pivot tables and relevant formulas, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • A natural team player who is also able to operate independently.
  • Strong can-do attitude with an analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Native fluency in English; Chinese-language skills are a plus and not required.


Location

  • Work remotely from anywhere in the US.
  • Must be able to attend occasional video calls outside normal working hours.
