Job Responsibilities:

  • All receptionists’ responsibilities, (answering phones, greeting visitors, lobby set-up, process deliveries and mail)
  • Opening new client files and contracts to our secure portal
  • Ordering Office supplies, work/copy room upkeep
  • Assisting escrow teams as needed
  • Outstanding Customer Service, (friendly, well organized, professional, strong work ethic, problem solver and self-starter)
  • Positive image of the company through professional appearance and actions.
  • Assist in managing escrow file, including, but not limited to, ordering necessary documentation, and communicating status of file with parties
  • Assist in compiling post-closing packages and funding of refinances and sales

This candidate ideally has 1-2 years of administrative experience. Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
