Seeking a Program Analyst to support the client’s Cybersecurity Office as a project scheduler. This position offers a great opportunity to gain a high level understanding of the interworking’s of Cyber security office as well as work hands on with customers and customer facing personnel.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility is to serve as the lead scheduler for the Cybersecurity Office’s Integrated Master Schedule.

• Coordinating with multiple offices and program leads to populate the Integrated Master Schedule.

• Ensure project leads are integrated into the Cybersecurity Office’s project management cycle.

• Deliver weekly snapshots to Chief Information Security Officer for all cybersecurity projects.

• Support the development and implementation of business process improvements.

• Support the development, tracking and reporting of business process analytics.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI and the ability to get a CI Poly.

• Experience in the development and management of business processes and a program level Integrated Master Schedule

• Related experience and experience scheduling program tasks for multiple projects.

• Experience using MS Project.

• Strong knowledge of program management concepts, specifically those related to monitoring program execution.

• Experience working with, and coordinating the activities, of multidisciplinary and disparate teams.

• Strong oral and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in working with senior leadership.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office tools to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint.
