Strategic Staffing Solutions has an immediate hybrid contract need in Houston, Texas for a Global Salesforce Implementation Project Manager that has led complex, large-scale, global Salesforce implementations in the Oil and Gas domain.


Must be local to Houston, TX. No relocation and no Corp. to Corp. Must be able to work on W2 basis.


Qualifications for Consideration-

  • 10+ years global project management planning, organizing, and managing resources and projects successfully on a worldwide scale.
  • Coordinating projects that span multiple countries, cultures, time zones, and regulatory environments.
  • 10 years' demonstrated experience in managing global large-scale, cross-functional projects, particularly in IT solution implementations.
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms and managing Salesforce implementations.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Managed Global Salesforce implementation projects with full project life cycle experience.
  • Prior Oil and Gas domain experience working for large, well known, oil and gas corporation
  • Solid job tenure
  • Local to Houston, Texas ONLY
  • Education: A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

The Project Manager will oversee the implementation of a contract solution ) on the Salesforce platform. The role involves integration development, redesign, and coordination across multiple workstreams and a global user base. The ideal candidate will have experience leading projects that span multiple teams and geographies.

Vendor Partnership:


Able to effectively partner with vendors to align on project plans and monitor associated progress.

Ensures vendor deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement:


Skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met.

Maintains strong relationships with stakeholders to foster project support and collaboration.

Status Reporting:


Produces clear and concise status reports for stakeholders and senior management.

Regularly updates project status, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.

Risk and Issue Management:


Proficient in identifying, managing, and monitoring project risks and issues.

Develops mitigation strategies and takes corrective actions as needed.

Attention to Detail:


Pays close attention to details, ensuring project accuracy and quality.

Detects and addresses potential issues before they escalate.

Decision Making:


Demonstrates strong decision-making abilities to navigate project challenges.

Makes informed decisions that align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Quickly grasps an overall understanding of the contracts business in Sales and Trading (S&T).

Uses this knowledge to inform project decisions and stakeholder communications.

Effective Communication:


Maintains effective communication channels across all project participants.

Ensures that information is disseminated accurately and timely.

Issue Resolution:


Proactive in identifying and resolving project issues.

Utilizes problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and keep the project on track.
