About The Job


Our rapid growth has created the need for this role. You will be part of growing our marketing team. You will play a principal role in defining our growth and lead generation strategy.


This role demands a versatile individual who is comfortable with both working in a startup environment and collaborating with large enterprises, effectively managing the gap between our team and customers.


As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in scaling our user base and driving lead generation through strategic marketing campaigns. Your focus will be on implementing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, harnessing analytics to inform decisions, and driving initiatives that convert interest into tangible leads.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns focused on digital channels including but not limited to PPC, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that digital content aligns with our brand’s voice and meets lead generation objectives.
  • Manage budget allocations for digital campaigns, ensuring optimal spend across platforms for maximum return.
  • Explore and test new channels and technologies that could improve our marketing efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing across campaigns to understand what works best and why, continually refining our approach based on data insights.
  • Generate regular reports for team and management on campaign results and other key metrics to guide future strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and bring in fresh, innovative ideas to the table.


Skills and Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially with PPC, SEO, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about technology, open source, and innovation.
