We are looking for an office services associate to join our team in a full-time position at our major publishing company. The office services associate will work with our team of print professionals to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will be eager and willing to learn from professional print operators. This is a marvelous opportunity to work, and learn and new trade. The candidate should be efficient and organized in their work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Job duties include but not limited to:


  • Responsible for providing customer service, consistent with our standards.
  • Provide essential public relations functions such as greeting and assisting customers with their needs in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain a clean, productive and welcoming space.
  • Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by customer, including binding, hole punching, and stapling and non-technical maintenance of copiers.
  • Provide copy and imaging services as requested by customer
  • Perform quality control checks on all output such as, images, files, and blowbacks.
  • Provide quality reproduction of CD/DVD/USB as requested by customer and/or part of an imaging request.
