Assistant Buyer/Operations Manager


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Plan + Arrange Schedule for Buying trips…attending with owner
  • Monitor the budget inventory levels to inform of replenishment needs.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships/Communication
  • Create PO’s from orders into the system and track delivery…or non delivery
  • Inventory Management
  • Work with Retail Consultant on Budget
  • Receiving new products, pricing and getting on to the floor
  • Assist in Planning and execution of promotional events, sales, and markdowns.
  • Maintain office/stock room with supplies and organization. Ensure everything is running smoothly and operational…
  • Prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities to meet the needs of the customer, team and business.
  • Ensure customer experience is always the first priority
  • Be knowledgeable on what's new and what's selling well and share with both the customer and team
  • Be positive, on time, support company initiatives, mentor/inspire others, and be a part of the solution

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years in luxury retail sales or Retail Management
