We have an exciting opportunity in our friendly and supportive team in the **Bellingham-Fairhaven** office. We are currently seeking a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

**Requirements**:

- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or older
