ERP Analyst

Essential Duties and Accountabilities

  • Responsible for gathering information about business processes.
  • Handles front end set up for AX2012 R3.
  • Builds and maintains Project Plans as required for IT Projects. Plans, schedules and tracks progress on project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools. Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.
  • Supports user trainings for the ERP under implementation.
  • Identifies and responds to business requirements and transforms them into effective ERP solutions.
  • Provides input and recommendations on ERP set up and configuration.
  • Coordinates with Business Analyst, VP of IT, peers and consultants to clarify requirements and
  • functional specifications as needed.
  • Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.
  • Maintains a safe and clean work area.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
  • Hands on experience with the MS SQL Server 2014, .NET Framework.
  • Experience with ERP applications.
  • Oracle EBS
  • Exceptional documentation and communication skills supporting process implementation.
  • Strong analytics skills and a strong, flexible team work oriented attitude.
  • Must read, write, understand and communicate clearly in English.


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sitting for long periods. Dexterity and coordination to handle files and single pieces of paper; occasional lifting of items weighing up to (25) twenty-five pounds such as files, stacks of paper, reference and other materials. Moving from place to place within the office; minimum reaching for items above and below desk level. Strength, dexterity, coordination and vision to use keyboard and video display terminal for prolonged periods.
